Every engagement on the services page has a published starting price. The builder below lets you assemble an a-la-carte package from optional add-ons, and the retainers offer monthly capacity for teams who need design as a steady part of their week. All prices are in euros, excluding VAT.

Monthly retainers
For teams who need design every week, not every quarter.
Three retainer sizes. Hours are banked monthly and may roll forward up to one month. Cancel any month with thirty days’ notice.
Light
For teams who need design occasionally, not constantly.
Twelve hours of on-call design time per month. Banked, rolled forward up to one month.
Active
A senior designer on your team part-time.
Twenty-four hours per month. Standing weekly call. Effectively an embedded part-time designer.

Are these the only services you offer?
These are the engagements we have a fixed, repeatable price and process for. Anything outside this list — large product redesigns, multi-quarter system work, in-house secondments — we quote individually after a discovery call.
Is VAT included in the prices?
No. Prices on this site are in euros, excluding VAT. For clients invoicing inside Sweden we add 25% moms. EU clients outside Sweden with a valid VAT number qualify for the reverse-charge mechanism. Clients outside the EU are not charged VAT.
Can we book larger projects at a fixed price?
Most engagements over four working weeks are quoted on a written-cap basis rather than pure fixed price, because the variance is too high to absorb cleanly. The cap protects you from runaway cost while leaving room for reasonable scope decisions along the way.
Do you work with clients outside Sweden?
Yes. Roughly two-thirds of our clients are outside Sweden — most of them elsewhere in the Nordics and Northern Europe, with a growing number in the UK and the US. We work in English; Swedish, Finnish, and Danish are available if useful.
How long is the wait until you can start?
Conversion audits and landing pages usually start within ten working days of booking. Larger engagements typically start within four to six weeks, depending on the current studio workload. The fast-track lane in the builder dedicates two designers full-time and shortens those windows considerably.
Who actually does the design work?
One of the three senior designers in the studio, named in the engagement letter. We do not outsource, we do not subcontract, and we do not use generative AI to produce the visual work. We use AI where it earns its keep — research synthesis, transcription, basic asset organisation — and the design itself is made by hand.
How are the retainers different from the hourly?
The retainers are monthly capacity — twelve, twenty-four, or forty hours per month, paid up front and rolled forward up to one month. They suit teams who need design as a steady part of their week. The fixed engagements suit teams who need a specific outcome delivered in a window. Both are valid; we work with both.
What happens after the engagement ends?
Every engagement closes with a written handover document and an asset library you own outright. Roughly half of our clients book a second engagement within twelve months of the first; the others move to a retainer to top up.
